It is with extraordinary pride and enthusiasm that we welcome you to James Island Lil Trojans!

In 2022, Westchester Bengals, HoneyHill Chargers, and James Island Rec collaborated with City of Charleston Rec. Department and JI Trojans Football Program to come as one under the James Island Charter High School Umbrella to formulate our James Island Lil Trojans 9-10 and 11-12 Youth Football. We believe we have one of the best youth programs in the area- both in terms of competitiveness and values. Our success depends upon a commitment to excellence from our participants, coaches and parents. Our organization provides parents and players an understanding of the James Island Lil Trojans Youth Sports Organization standards and level of expectations.

The goal of the James Island Lil Trojans Youth Sports Organization is to provide all children quality instruction, teaching them the meaning of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and cooperation. Most of all, we want all the children to have FUN!! Our job, as parents, coaches, and volunteers is to facilitate a fun learning experience and to lead by example.

Throughout the season, James Island Lil Trojans Youth Sports Organization participates in a variety of different events besides football such as fundraisers, trips, community service, and volunteer services through our booster organization. This is our way of giving back to the community for their continuous support.

The James Island Lil Trojans Booster Club is a volunteer organization backed by the City of Charleston Recreational Department that provides assistance to the James Island Lil Trojans Sports Organization. Members of the booster club provides the coaches, parents, and players assistance for their sports or organizational needs. The success of our booster club is because of the dedication and commitment of our volunteer booster members.
