We’re kicking off the season with a month of fun team building activities! May will be all about:

Getting to know our future Cheer Squad

Developing teamwork skills

Playing games and participating in fun bonding activities
This is a great opportunity for athletes to connect, feel comfortable, and start building that Trojan spirit before the season officially begins!
💪 Summer Conditioning – June & July 2026
Our Summer Conditioning program will run throughout June and July 2026. During this time, athletes will:

Improve strength and endurance

Work on jumps, motions, and basic skills

Build endurance and stamina

Prepare physically and mentally for the upcoming season
Summer Conditioning is essential for helping our squad stay strong, confident, and game-day ready!
